Meatloaf is a dish made from ground meat, typically beef, mixed with other ingredients and formed into the shape of a loaf. It is then baked or smoked. Meatloaf is often served as a main dish and is a popular choice for a family meal. There are many variations of meatloaf, and it can be flavored with a variety of herbs, spices, and other ingredients such as onions, garlic, bell peppers, and breadcrumbs. Some people also like to top their meatloaf with a sauce, such as ketchup or tomato sauce.
